В постановке приняли участие именитые выпускники Академии русского балета имени Вагановой и Театрального института имени Щукина. По сути, постановка стала показательным выступлением для будущих студентов филиала Щуки, который появился в Южно-Сахалинске. Уже со следующего года в нем будут обучаться актерскому мастерству местные и приезжие студенты под руководством московских педагогов.
