Для них и их будущего строим кампус «СахалинТех», развиваем «Школу 21» и центр «Алаид», где ребята осваивают передовые направления науки. Создаем все условия, чтобы молодежь связывала свою жизнь с Сахалином и Курилами, оставалась здесь и добивалась новых высот.
