Внаслідок атаки в Одеському районі сталося руйнування двоповерхової будівлі, де жили та працювали цивільні.
Під завалами опинилися люди.

Рятувальники врятували четверо людей, ще троє людей, на жаль, під уламками будівлі загинули. Серед загиблих 43-річна жінка, 22-річний хлопець та 16-річна дівчина. Ще одна жінка від отриманих травм померла в лікарні.

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
