Лично я считаю, что Симфония и МОД - это проекты без среды. Да, можно купить метры. Но по сути ничего кроме метров своей квартиры в данных проектах ничего нет.
Мод - 3 елдока в локации пятиэтажек Марьиной рощи. Где такие же бомжи, гаражи, грабежи, как в любом уштанном спальнике а-ля Кузьминки. Да, есть перспектива РЖД-сити, но сколько лет это Сити буду собирать?
Симфония - вообще на отшибе у ЖД стоит. Район поприличнее, чем у Мода, но итог примерно такой же - гулять по дворам савеловского района…
