Возложение цветов состоялось на мемориале «Острая могила», где увековечена память наших воинов. Отдельной страницей выделены исторические события референдумов 2014 и 2022 годов.

«В феврале 2022 года Армия России пришла на помощь жителям Донбасса, 8 лет сражавшимся за свою жизнь и свободу. В результате общенародного референдума Луганщина навсегда вернулась в состав России» – увековечено на обелиске.
