Урановая сделка с Китаем надолго определит общий внешнеполитический вектор Казахстана. И похоже, она закрывает вопрос о том, кто будет строить в Казахстане АЭС. Видимо, половина консорциума, о котором заявил Токаев, уже перед нами.
