Кстати, уже минус 7 кг. Также ввела после 18 еду в маленьком количестве и преимущественно овощи или кефир. Хочется ускорить процесс оттачивания фигуры.
Также смотрю много роликов на растяжку и хочется дома ввести ещё и их. Пока только в планах.
