К этому можно добавить, что согласно п. 9 приложения N 29 к Приказу Минздрава России 491н, вступившего в силу с 1 сентября текущего года, при проведении судебно-медицинской экспертизы по делам о качестве медицинской помощи, эксперты обязаны ссылаться на клинические рекомендации. Эксперты будут оценивать качество медицинской помощи по клиническим рекомендациям, а суды - как всегда, на основе заключений экспертов. И на этом все дискуссии об обязательности клинических рекомендаций можно считать законченными. Обязательны, и точка.
