К 1 января 2024 года число человек, оформивших две и более льготные ипотеки, составляло более 114,9 тысяч, подсчитали в Счетной палате. Общая сумма таких займов — 1,1 триллиона рублей, из которой около 34% приходится на льготную ипотеку и 62% – на семейную.
Причем, более 1,5 тысяч человек оформили по пять и более льготных ипотек, на общую сумму 42,4 миллиарда рублей. В СП решили, что заемщики, способные оформить и обслуживать пять и более кредитов, имеют доходы выше среднего, а значит не нуждаются в поддержке государства для улучшения жилищных условий.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
