«Первые 43 квартиры будут приобретены до конца года для семей, переезжающих из помещений, не отвечающих требованиям в связи с превышением содержания фенола и формальдегида. Решение по всем принято, а в следующем году, будут выдавать ключи», — сказала Щербинина.
Напомним, в конце ноября 2022 года Правительство РФ включило фенольные дома, расположенные в Югре, в жилищную госпрограмму для организации их расселения. По данным федеральных властей, в нефтяном регионе насчитывается 235 многоквартирных фенольных домов, в которых проживает более 10 тыс. человек. На их ликвидацию требуется порядка 13,1 млрд рублей.
Свежий транш в размере 107,2 млн рублей на мероприятия по переселению граждан из фенольных МКД власти ХМАО получили из федерального бюджета два месяца назад. Пролоббировала выделение средств депутатГосдумы от ЮгрыОльга Ануфриева. Вероятно, именно на эти деньги будут закуплены квартиры, о которых заявила Яна Щербинина.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
