Со сцены она назвала томичей самой патриотичной аудиторией за все время ее поездок по стране, восхитило количество флагов России и символики Томской области.
Тут стоит отметить системную работу в этом плане заместителя губернатора Наталии Киселевой, которая 1.5 года находится в регионе, но уже успела выстроить модель воспитательной работы, которая считается одной из лучших в стране. Губернатор своим решением объединил все блоки воспитания под одним заместителем: образование, спорт, культуру и молодежную политику, что несомненно дает свои результаты.
