Начал сегодня вечером для магистрантов Самарского университета читать (дистанционно через интернет ) очередной курс "Истории местного самоуправления" и в первую же минуту лекции во всем депутатском доме погас свет. 😳
Пришлось три часа с фонариком в темноте рассказывать про природу местного самоуправления, различные теории и мировые модели через смартфон, используя монитор ноутбука в качестве подсветки (вайфай тоже естественно вырубился).
И на последней минуте, когда я закончил рассказ о местном самоуправлении в Японии и скандинавских странах и попрощался- дали свет. Ни минутой раньше, ни минутой позже- вся лекция в темноте.. Будто кто то сидел у рубильника и срывал мне лекцию 😄
