Моё выступление сегодня в Госдуме при принятии пакета законов, ужесточающих ответственность за преступления в сфере незаконной миграции.
Первое: "клиенты" услуг по организации незаконной миграции должны все тоже нести ответственность в виде аннулирования их документов, высылке и запрету на въезд.
Второе: необходимо расширение оснований по прекращению гражданства вчерашним мигрантам с включением в него всех тяжких преступлений в т.ч. обязательно - преступлений в сфере миграции.
Третье: необходима повторная пересдача экзаменов на знание русского языка, истории и законодательства теми мигрантами, кто их сдавал в коммерческих вузах. При неподтверждении знаний- аннулирование документов и высылка.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
