Теперь ставка не превышает 6%, заёмщиками могут стать IT-сотрудники с зарплатой от 150 тысяч рублей в городах-миллионниках, Подмосковье и Ленобласти, а также специалисты с доходом от 90 тысяч рублей в других городах. Программа IT-ипотеки перестала действовать в Москве и Санкт-Петербурге.
Специалисты IT-компаний также не смогут уволиться, не погасив льготную ипотеку. Если раньше необходимо было проработать минимум пять лет в организации после оформления кредита, то сейчас появилось условие запрета на увольнение в течение срока ипотеки.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
