Кроме этого, глава кузбасского кабмина рассказал об инициативе, которая могла бы помочь как угольщикам, так и машиностроителям. Речь о льготных кредитах угольным предприятиям, закупающим российское горношахтное оборудование.
Ну и, наконец, третье: Андрей Панов напомнил о необходимости принятия мер международного уровня. Например, отмена импортных пошлин на российский уголь через заключения соответствующих межправительственных соглашений и взаимодействие с правительствами Индии и Китая.
