По данным аналитиков Hh.ru, медианные зарплаты на рынке труда в Марий Эл по итогам февраля превысили 55 000 рублей.
Средняя зарплата, которую работодатели республики готовы предложить работнику, составила 55 100 рублей. Это немного выше, чем местные жители рассчитывают получить – они планируют зарабатывать 50 000 рублей в месяц.
В среднем на одно рабочее место в регионе претендуют пять человек, что чуть больше, чем в январе. Однако аналитики считают это нормальным.
В феврале 2025 года работодатели разместили в республике более 2 700 вакансий, что больше, чем в январе этого же года, но меньше, чем год назад. А соискатели, напротив, активизировались, обновив почти 14 000 резюме.
