«Тетёрки» на пробу мне прислали свой блинный пирог-доспешник и грибочки.

Я вообще редко что жду от пирогов, так как мне всегда мало начинки и суховато тесто.
А здесь тонкий слой теста лишь снаружи (и он вкусно посыпан сахаром, мой любимый прием!), а внутри много слоев блинов и крема.

Совершенно идеальный пирог.
Сладкий, но в меру, кислинка и естественная горечь от клюквы. Очень сбалансированный, хочется еще и еще. В общем, на Масленицу вам обязательно это надо!

Ну и на закуску добавили грибочки из теста с добавлением миндаля. Очень классные, ничего сложного, но для гостей хранить приятно⭐️
