اگر دیدگاه اول را دیدگاه غیر مدنی و جنگلی بدانیم ، باید پذیرفت که در جامعه مدنی ، داشتن قدرت و اختیارات مساوی با داشتن مسئولیت است ، خصوصا که این اختیارات از جانب مردم تفویض شده باشد که لزوم مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخگویی به مردم مسلم تر میشود .( مشروعیت بخشی مردم به حکومت چنان امر مسلمی ست که بسته ترین حکومتها یکسره تبلیغ مقبولیت در بین مردم را انجام میدهند.) حال اگر کسی بهر نحو منکر مسئولیتش در قبال اختیارات شود دچار این #مغالطه شده . تبعا مسئولیت باید متناسب با اختیارات باشد.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
