На этот раз местом для занятий стали отели Сочи – новый, только что введенный в эксплуатацию 5-звездочный «Гранд Каскад» и 4-звездочный отель в горах «Golden Tulip Rosa Khutor».

Руководители этих отелей раскрывают секреты создания незабываемого опыта для гостей в номерах, ресторанах, конференц-залах и спа-салонах.

Также ребята ознакомились с инфраструктурой горнолыжного курорта «Роза Хутор», увидели, как используется культурное пространство и послушали лекцию на объектах интерактивного этнопарка «Моя Россия».
