Нельзя Махачкалу застраивать так, как это происходило вчера и позавчера. Иначе она рухнет как столица, как город. Давайте разрешение на строительство там, где это можно, а там, где нельзя, не выдавайте. Только комплексное развитие территории. Это предусматривает освоение участка на 40%, а остальное – 60% – под места общего пользования. Махачкала – это наш общий город, мы все должны болеть за него.
