По данным следствия, сотрудник отдела международных отношений и внешних связей одного их ВУЗов республики Гасанов Х.Г., в сговоре с подданным Иорданского Хашимитского Королевства организовал канал незаконного въезда в Россию гражданам Сирии.
В частности, за денежное вознаграждение, в отсутствие надлежащим образом оформленных договоров на обучение, осуществлялось оказание платных услуг, включавших оформление однократных учебных виз, организация приема в Махачкале и размещение в общежитии учебного заведения.
В последующем иностранцы отбывали в Москву для дальнейшего следования в страны Евросоюза.
Советский районный суд Махачкалы признал Гасанова м его сообщника виновными в организации незаконной миграции. Учитывая признание вины и сотрудничество со следствием, им назначено по 1,5 года лишения свободы условно.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
