Заключенные, подписавшие контракт с Минобороны на СВО, больше не будут получать единовременную выплату
Постановлением правительства меняется порядок единовременных выплат за подписание контракта с вооруженными силами для службы в зоне военной операции на Украине.
С 1 января 2025 года вознаграждение не полагается россиянам, которые заключили контракт, отбывая тюремный срок.
Осужденные имеют возможность освободиться от уголовного преследования путем подписания контракта для службы в зоне СВО с 2023 года.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
