❗️Сегодня в ряде телеграм-каналов появились публикации о гражданине Республики Казахстан, проходившем службу в добровольческой разведывательно-штурмовой бригаде «Восток» в зоне специальной военной операции.
По информации этих источников, мужчина столкнулся со сложностями при урегулировании своего правового статуса на территории России.
МВД России готово предоставить данному гражданину временное убежище на территории нашей страны, о чем ранее сообщалось представителям добровольческой бригады «Восток».
Для скорейшего урегулирования данного вопроса гражданину необходимо лично обратиться в подразделение по вопросам миграции территориального органа МВД России по месту своего пребывания.
Также обращаем внимание на то, что согласно действующему законодательству заявления о приеме в гражданство Российской Федерации без соблюдения дополнительных условий и без предоставления вида на жительство принимаются от иностранных граждан, заключивших контракт с Минобороны России на срок не менее одного года.
