ومن لطيف استعمال الإجراء: أنّ فيه تشبيها بجريان الماء في محلّه، كجريان النهر في مجراه، وهذا مشعر بتمام المطابقة؛ فالجاري في محلٍّ لا بد أن يطابق مجراه، فيبقى جاريا فيه غير حائد عنه يمنة ويسرة، وهذا شأن الأصول مع النصوص؛ فالأصول تجري في حياض النصوص؛ فتفجّر منها أنهار المعاني تفجيرا.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
