On February 15, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania Dovilė Šakalienė.
The Ministers reviewed the progress of bilateral cooperation and identified new areas for cooperation.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation bilaterally and within NATO and EU formats. ___

Министры обсудили ход двустороннего сотрудничества, наметили новые направления взаимодействия.
Стороны выразили готовность к продолжению тесного сотрудничества как на двусторонней, так и на многосторонней основе в форматах НАТО и ЕС.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
