Есть страница с Генпланом Томска на сайте Томска. (хоть полномочия и забрали)

Первым пунктом там ссылка на некий Интерактивный атлас Томска с картой градостроительного зонирования

Адрес немного новый) не map.admin.tomsk.ru (он не работает), а map.admtomsk.ru (точка пропала и пара букв)

Так вот тут нарисованы границы Томска! Но еще раз. Эти границы не стоят на кадастровом учете! Просто кто-то взял Закон 1997 года и принялся рисовать маркером))) Правильно / неправильно... непонятно...

Одно ясно - судя по этим границам - яма, которую сегодня заделали - на дороге, которую сегодня отрезали... находится в границах ТОМСКА.
