Грузии необходимо найти выход из сложившейся ситуации и восстановить доверие граждан к демократическим учреждениям. Мы призываем власти Грузии незамедлительно предпринять неотложные меры в этом направлении, руководствуясь рекомендациями ОБСЕ относительно проведения выборов, и рассмотреть возможность проведения новых выборов в соответствии с этими рекомендациями".
