В Парламенте Якутии состоялось заседание постоянного комитета по делам молодежи, физической культуре и спорту под руководством Георгия Балакшина, на котором был рассмотрен проект закона РС(Я) №202-7 «О внесении изменений в Закон Республики Саха (Якутия) «О государственной молодежной политике в РС(Я)».

Как сообщил заместитель министра по делам молодежи и социальным коммуникациям РС(Я) Андрей Сосновский, 28 декабря прошлого года федеральный закон о молодежной политике был существенно изменен. В рамках ежегодного Послания Главы РС(Я) Айсена Николаева к Госсобранию Ил Тумэн были инициированы изменения в республиканский закон, где основной акцент сделан на приведении в соответствие с федеральным законодательством понятийного аппарата.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
