🌍✨ Сотрудник министерства природных ресурсов и экологии Иркутской области провела очередную познавательную лекцию об особо охраняемых природных территориях (ООПТ) на площадке ЧПОУ "Иркутский техникум экономики и права"🌳🌿

Студенты узнали о законодательной основе охраны памятников природы региона и открыли для себя уникальные факты об ООПТ. 📜🌟 Также они посмотрели два фильма о памятниках природы Шелеховского и Слюдянского районов, которые доступны по ссылкам:

После лекции сотрудник Центра опережающей профессиональной подготовки ИО совместно с сотрудниками ГБУК «Иркутская областная юношеская библиотека им. И.П. Уткина» провели обучающий интерактив. Студенты активно задавали вопросы и за свою любознательность получили сувениры от министерства! 🏆

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
