16 лютого 4 години поспіль в приміщенні Кафедрального Собору м.Чернівців тривала реєстрація на загальні збори релігійної громади.
Після соборної молитви, після звершення акафісту, перед іконою Божої Матері Почаївської відбулося соборне голосування.
4506 членів релігійної громади проголосувули за те, щоби залишитися в лоні Української Православної Церкви на чолі з блаженнішим митрополитом Онуфрієм.
На вулиці Кобилянскій, в цей час, невідомі особи на мітингу ім. Романа Грищука, від імені фальшивої громади собору УПЦ голосували за перехід у віру ПЦУ.
Мітинг ПЦУ очолив соліст ансамблю пісні і танцю Іван Дерда, який призначив себе голувуючим.
