Сейчас конфискация применяется за убийства, похищения и злоупотребления должностными полномочиями, а в последние годы список дополнили преступления в сфере компьютерной информации и фейки об армии. Если предложение Бастрыкина будет одобрено, наказание за экономические преступления станет значительно жёстче.
