Сначала была предновогодняя суета. За ней последовал постновогодний эмоциональный упадок. Чуда не случилось. Надо жить дальше.
Не знаю, как вы всё это прочувствовали, но меня в первые дни нового года накрыли уныние и апатия.
К психологу не хожу и пока не собираюсь. Спасаюсь литературой, нахожу ответы в книгах и вам советую)
В основном читаю художественную и мне сложно выбрать качественный нон-фикшн. Поэтому рада, что вчера у Милены вышел пост про 3 поддерживающие книги, чтобы танцевать свою жизнь, смотря на всё!
