Можно сказать, все изрядно "поулыбались" над "соляными кругами", порадовались за креатив в образовании. Но от такой печальной ситуации "стонет" весь город.

А всё от безразличия к своей работе... Это превратилось в систему!
Считается нормой пообещать и не сделать!
Фотовидеофиксация наглядно это показывает.
Пообещали к 11 утра 09.11.2024 всё убрать, и действительно "пытались", но как?!
Ну и "вишенка на торте" от 08.12.2024🤧

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
