Можно сказать, все изрядно "поулыбались" над "соляными кругами", порадовались за креатив в образовании. Но от такой печальной ситуации "стонет" весь город.

А всё от безразличия к своей работе... Это превратилось в систему!
Считается нормой пообещать и не сделать!
Фотовидеофиксация наглядно это показывает.
Пообещали к 11 утра 09.11.2024 всё убрать, и действительно "пытались", но как?!
Ну и "вишенка на торте" от 08.12.2024🤧

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
