К участию приглашаются обучающиеся образовательных организаций Российской Федерации всех уровней и других стран.
Конкурс проводится заочно по пяти номинациям: — «Герой моей семьи» (эссе о родственнике - участнике Великой Отечественной войны); — «Моя малая Родина» (эссе о своих городе, поселке, деревне); — «Мы – наследники Победы» (эссе о роли современного поколения в сохранении исторической памяти); — «СВОи герои» (эссе об участниках специальной военной операции); — «Свободная тема» (размышления на тему героизма, истории страны, будущего России).
Прием заявок продлится с 23 февраля по 6 апреля 2025 года.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
