Совсем не пп, но очень вкусно🫶: 450гр муки 200гр сахара 200гр сливочного масла 2 яйца 0,5 чайной ложки разрыхлителя
Сахар с яйцами перетереть, добавить масло, муку и разрыхлитель. Вымесить тесто, положить в холодильник на 30мин. Достать-раскатать, сформировать печеньки. В разогретую на 180гр духовку поставить выпекать на 10-15 мин. Готово!
У нас был ещё секретик - самоцветик - начинка курага (перемолотая)
