И, весь "рост BRICS" - это производная от роста Китая. Да - доля BRICS в мировом ВВП в 2000 г составляла 11,9%, а в 2021 г возросла до 25,6%, но... этот рост обеспечил Китай - доля которого в мировом ВВП возросла с 5,7% в 2021 г до 18,2% в 2021 г, и немножко Индия - с 1,7% до 3,2% Доля РФ в мировом ВВП за 20 лет практически не изменилась (была 1,6%, стала 1,7%), а доли Бразилии и ЮАР даже сократились. Так что «хозяин BRICS» - это Китай, нравится это кому-то или нет.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
