Доля сделок с ипотекой достигла 50%, а продажи в рассрочку и с полной предоплатой снизились.
Цены продолжают медленно расти (+8% за год), но это ниже уровня инфляции (+10%). Впервые за 3 квартала увеличился объем предложения, а площади новых корпусов достигли максимума с декабря 2023 года.

The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
