Арбитражный суд Краснодарского края привлек к административной ответственности компании «Кама шиппинг» и «Волгатранснефть», которые являются судовладельцами потерпевших крушение у Керченского пролива танкеров «Волгонефть-212» и «Волгонефть-239», за нарушение технических регламентов танкерами этих компаний. «Кама шиппинг» назначен штраф в размере 30 тыс. рублей, «Волгатранснефть» - по 300 тыс. рублей за каждый из двух танкеров.
Представитель судовладельцев Ольга Паутова заявила, что судовладельцы намерены обжаловать решение суда.
«Мы полагаем, что причиной крушения танкеров стала ветроволновая нагрузка, превысившая конструктивные возможности корпуса судна», - сообщила Путова.
По ее словам, судам несколько дней не давали разрешения на разгрузку, а когда начался шторм, для них не хватило места в укрытии.
