Суд в столице продлил меру пресечения по делу о хищении денежных средств при заключении государственных контрактов

Постановлением Мещанского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования о продлении срока содержания под стражей в отношении Тушкевича Игоря Игоревича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления (3 эпизода), предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ, на срок 03 месяца 00 суток.

Суд отказал в удовлетворении ходатайства обвиняемого и его защитника об изменении обвиняемому Тушкевичу И.И. ранее избранной меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на более мягкую меру пресечения, в том числе в виде залога, домашнего ареста или запрета определенных действий.
