Столичный суд провозгласил приговор обвиняемому по делу о мошенничестве посредством сотовой связи

Приговором Бутырского районного суда города Москвы, ранее судимый, Иваненко Андрей Александрович признан виновным в совершении 2-х эпизодов преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ, и окончательно назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 7 лет, с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима.

Судом удовлетворены часть заявленных гражданских исков о компенсации материального ущерба, причиненного преступлением.
