Москва росла, был естественный прирост, умирало меньше москвичей, чем рожалось, была такая позитивная волна. Сегодня мы видим ухудшение этой ситуации в связи с тем, что в 1990-е годы, когда Коммунистическая партия удачно развалила Советский Союз и люди просто были в ужасающем состоянии, рождаемость упала до уровня Великой отечественной войны.
Сегодня эта демографическая яма догоняет нас, это серьезный вызов и для Москвы, и в целом для страны.
