Почему мы усложнили? 👉Потому что Кириллу интересно! Вагоны поезда добавляют игровой момент. 🚂🚂 И он прекрасно понимает, что ему надо держать руки в таком положении, чтобы они не разъехались. 👏
Кстати, это упражнение даже ближе к упражнению «Планка». Но в планке, конечно ни один тоддлер стоять не захочет. 😄

It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
