Госдума рассмотрит законопроект, который предлагает не выдавать сразу продавцу деньги от продажи квартиры, а блокировать их на 10 дней.
Об этом сообщила зампредседателя Комитета ГД по строительству и ЖКХ Светлана Разворотнева в ходе Московского риэлторского форума.
Если продавца обманули и он не хочет продавать квартиру, то у него время, чтобы аннулировать сделку.
Центробанк уже поддержал идею. Проект передан на одобрение Правительству.
