Что делать во время и после звонка? Действуйте по алгоритму:
▶️Ничего не говорите о себе, но узнайте, кто именно вам звонит. Спросите имя и фамилию сотрудника, отделение, в котором он работает, его звание или должность; ▶️Повесьте трубку; ▶️Если у вас остаются сомнения, то перезвоните по официальному номеру телефона организации.
