Из-за переменчивой погоды мокрые тротуары быстро покрываются тонким слоем льда. Поэтому мы обрабатываем их противогололёдными материалами: солью или песком. Соль необходима для того, чтобы растопить лёд, и используется в случаях, когда у дорожных рабочих есть возможность смести её с тротуара после того, как она устранит скользкость. Если такой возможности нет, например, если рабочие заняты на другом объекте, то посыпаем пешеходные дорожки песком.

Просим жителей отнестись с пониманием к возможным неудобствам и быть осторожными на ещё не очищенных или не обработанных участках.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
