Нахрена и почему не пустить по Каспию, вопрос не ясный... Что бы в случае чего Иран не смог давить на Азербайджан, когда тот начнет отнимать у Армении Занзегурский коридор или что бы Азербайджан смог сильнее давить на нас в случае каких то тёрок, в том числе и притеснения бизнесменов из Азербайджана? Может это компенсация за самолёт? Не жирно?
В общем так много вопросов и так мало ответов (да по Каспию дороже, но проект будет более независимый и надёжнее защищён ввиду ограниченного доступа к Каспию)
