اليوم دوامي كان في عيادة متابعة مرضى السُكّري، وبصراحة هي من الأماكن التي أحب الدوام فيها، من الأشياء التي ركّزت فيها جدًّا اليوم واستحوذت على شيء من مشاعري وتفكيري؛ ردّ فعل مرضى السكري الجدد عندما يُطلَب منهم تغيير نظامهم الغذائي، السيّدة التي عبّرت بكلّ وضوح عن دهشتها بما يُطلَب منها واستحضارها لصعوبته، بل وقالت صراحة: صعب جدًا، أنا أُحبّ الأكل جدًا.. اتفقنا على حلول وتسرّب إليّ أنّها ستلتزم، وبصراحة تعجبني وتؤلمني هذه المساحة من صراع الإنسان مع رغبات نفسه، الإنسان ضعيف ومعقّد، وتغييره للأشياء التي اعتادها ليس شيئًا سهلا، ربّما حتى يمكن القول أنّه صعب جدًا، ولكنّه مُمكن، ممكن بإرادة صلبة واستمراريّة واستحضار لفوائد التمسّك ولأضرار التساهل، ولهذا فالإنسان عليه أن ينتبه للعادات التي يُكوّنها لأنّ تغييرها فيه الكثير من التمزّق، وكذلك من تكوّنت لديها عادات سيئة يمكنه تجاوزها بالصبر والمحاولة، وفعلها ويفعلها الكثير….

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account.
