گفتنی است، این اطلاعیه شامل مراکز امدادی و دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان نیست و فعالیت دستگاه‌های اجرایی در سایر شهرستان‌های استان اردبیل نیز به‌طور عادی خواهد بود.
