В рамках программы модернизации Северской ТЭЦ (Томская область) АО "Русатом инфраструктурные решения" завершает монтаж Системы сухого золоулавливания и сбора сухой золы уноса с эффективностью 99,6%.
Основные тех.параметры силоса: Высота силоса - 26м. Вес конструкции - 70т. Годовая мощность отгрузки - 46 000 т/год Производительность часовая - 12 т/час
Самое интересное: 1. Строительство силоса стало целесообразно с учетом роста накоплений золошлаков на отвале и потребности в новом ОРО (примерная оценка в 3 млрд руб. CAPEX) 2. Уже заключены договоры с местными потребителями, позволяющие в 2025г. реализовать 20 000 т золы-уноса, сертифицированной по ГОСТ 25818.
Что дальше? В перспективе перевод 2й очереди Северской ТЭЦ на Систему сухого золоулавливания позволит реализовывать 180 000т. золы уноса.
